PM201 - A semi-automatic stretch PET blow moulding machine.


The type of produced containers depends on the applied blow mould. Typically, a semi-automatic PM201 manufactures bottles (jars) ranging from 0,25l up to 10l. 1- or 2-cavity forms can be used. Relating to the measurements of form closing system the following forms can be used:

  • 2-cavity moulds: from 0,25l up to 5l (5l – oval or square)
  • 1-cavity moulds: over 5l up to 10l.

Cooling:
Preform heating tunnel

  • coolant: water
  • flow: 2l per min (120l ph)

Mould (depending on the number of cycles ph and the type of preforms)

  • coolant: water
  • flow: average 4l per min (240l ph)

The cooling systems of the mould and the tunnel can be arranged in series, thus total water demand is 4l per min
